Art Journaling in Altered Books Camp
Turn a discarded book into a beautiful art journal! Learn about important elements of art while exploring the joys of mixed media and collage. You will use acrylic, watercolor, ink, pencil, and ephemera (paper items that were originally meant to be discarded) to create a one-of-a-kind personalized art journal. Dress for mess and bring a sack lunch. This is our only full day art camp! All Levels

Collage for Teens Camp
Discover the fun and freedom of creating works of art in collage! Through demonstration, learn the importance of good composition, tearing, cutting, positioning, and gluing a variety of decorative papers. Bring a few inspirational photos or sketches to work from, if you have some. All Levels

Drawing for Teens Camp
Drawing is the foundation of the visual arts and anyone can learn to draw! This class will build a solid foundation of drawing skills to strengthen your ability to express your creativity! The instructor will demonstrate specific techniques to render realistically using line and contour, shape and form, light and shadow, space and depth, proportion and perspective. Principles of composition will also be covered. All Levels

High School Glassblowing
Teens, this class is your opportunity to learn to blow glass. Using 2000° furnaces (hot enough to turn a mixture of sand and soda ash into glass) you will practice the basics of blown glass and solid sculpted forms. Four weekly sessions, no prerequisite.

Learn to Draw with Ink Camp
Discover the fun and freedom of drawing and shading with ink! Learn the importance of line, shading and composition, drawing on a variety of techniques including ink washes with a brush. Bring photos that inspire you and sketches you would like to work from, if you have any. All Levels

Paper Mache Fairy Tales Camp
Paper Mache is a fun and exciting way to bring your fantasies to life. You will learn to turn trash into treasure as you create a fairy tale creature. Using a variety of Paper Mache methods, you will create a monumental 3-D sculpture that is painted and embellished. To complete the fantasy you will also create a plaster mask of your own face and decorate it to match your fairy tale! All Levels

Sewing for Kids Camp
As children learn to sew, they improve their fine motor skills and learn how to focus and follow directions. Your child will learn to construct fun and useful items out of recycled or outgrown clothing, stuffed animals, banners, and more! All Levels

Four fantastic days of art making! In this fine art camp, your child will explore drawing, painting and printmaking. Mediums including watercolor, acrylic, pastel, pencil and ink will be used. New and fun projects completed daily. Aprons provided, but please have your child dress for mess. All Levels

Watercolor for Teens Camp
Have you ever wanted to discover the magic of watercolor painting? Learn about watercolor paper, paints, brushes, values and drawing in a fun, nurturing atmosphere. You'll be amazed at how fast you progress. Learn to see like an artist, develop basic drawing and brushstroke skills, and the value of light and shadow to add drama to your paintings! Participate in creative exercises and build the skills to take your artwork to the next level. Level: Beginner
