If you are looking for a good deal on artwork or art supplies mark your calendar now. There will be more than 100 artists offering seconds, as well as old and new stock including watercolors, oils, pastels, acrylics, glass, found objects, sculpture, ceramics, photography, garden art and much more - all at fabulous prices.

And, stick around downtown Everett after the Garage Sale for Everett's Third Saturday Artwalk from 4-7pm.

Artist Application Information

This is a wonderful opportunity for all artists! Visit with other artists and art lovers, while at the same time, cleaning out your studio and make some money to buy more art!

What would you sell? Perhaps old artwork, overstock, art supplies, frames, art books or publications, discounted new work or anything art related you no longer want but someone else would love to have!

* Remember to keep your prices at garage sale level and NO commercially made products

We are currently SOLD OUT of ALL indoor and outdoor booths. Please email Amy Vernette (avernette@schack.org) to be placed on a wait list.

Inside Booth Space Fees & Set-up:

  • $45 for inside the Schack (approx. 8' x 8')
  • There are limited electrical outlets
  • Set up will be Friday, June 15, from 12-5pm or Saturday, June 16 from 7-8:30am
  • All space assignments are on a first-come, first-serve basis when you arrive at the Schack. Spaces do vary in size. We do not take reservations on spaces - so please don't ask. And no early birds please! You will not be allowed in the building before noon - unless you are spending money in the store. You may see a couple of artists setting up earlier - these are the few volunteers who have worked so hard on making this all happen - that is their reward. So no complaints!
  • Space fees cover the space rental, advertising and signage.

Outside Booth Space Fees & Set up:

  • $35 for outside the Schack on Hoyt Avenue. (approx. 10' x 10')
  • Set up will only be on Saturday, June 16, from 7-8:30am.
  • All space assignments are on a first-come, first-serve basis when you arrive at the Schack. Spaces do vary in size. We do not take reservations on spaces - so please don't ask
  • Space fees cover the space rental, advertising and signage.

 Attention all artists! Here is some information that you will need:

  • Hoyt Ave. between Wall & Hewitt will be closed on Saturday, June 16 from 9am until 4pm when the Garage Sale closes.
  • Set-up: You are responsible for your own set-up necessities: tables, chairs, bins, umbrellas, tents (for outside only - no tents inside), coins/bills for change, bags, and packing materials. We will have a limited number of tables available for rent for $5 (you pick-up and bring back).  And please be prepared - it has rained before (only twice though).
  • Parking is free on Saturday at Everpark Garage (½ block north of the Schack Art Center on Hoyt Ave.) You cannot park on Hoyt between Wall & Hewitt from 9am until 4pm.
  • Take Down: even if you sell out early (congrats if that happens!) you cannot access your booth site using your vehicle on Hoyt Ave to load up until after 4pm.
  • Clean up:  You are responsible for your own clean-up after the sale!!! Please take your garbage home with you and do not leave anything behind (including "Free" piles). You will not be invited back if you do not follow these simple steps!
