Float Find on Jetty Island

Search beautiful Jetty Island for your very own glass sea float, made in the Schack hot shop, on Saturday August 19th.

Ferry boats begin running that morning at 8:30am, but the beach does not open for the Float Find till 10:30am.

NOTE! Glass floast are only hidden on the beach. Volunteers do not want to damage any of the natural trails and grasses on the island, so floats are only hidden in the beach/tidal zone.

The Jetty Island ferry boat is a passenger only ferry that leaves from the 10th St. Marina Park.  Click here for Jetty ferry information. RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED, but not required.

PARKING There is a $3 fee for parking at the 10th Street Boat Launch and Marine Park. Parking machines will accept credit cards.

FERRY RESERVATIONS may be made by Everett residents with proof of residency after April 1st. Residents and non-residents in groups of 8 or more people may also reserve passes. Call 425-257-8304.


  • Do not bring pets, alcohol or glass containers.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Build campfires ONLY in designated areas.
  • No lifeguards-swim ONLY on the west shore at your own risk.
  • No overnight camping
  • Take only pictures and leave only footprints!

Heading North on I-5

Take Pacific Ave./WA-529, Exit #193 toward City Center
Turn left onto Pacific Ave. Continue to follow Pacific Ave.
Turn right onto W Marine View Dr.
Turn left onto 10th St.
The Jetty Island Ferry is located in Marine Park

Heading South on I-5

Merge onto WA-529 S., Exit #198 toward N Broadway/Port of Everett
Turn slight right onto ramp
Keep right at fork in the ramp
Keep left at the fork to go on E Marine View Dr./WA-529 S
Turn right onto 10th St.
