Through My Lens: Life on Film
January 3 – February 3
PAIR program students
Opening Reception: January 10th, 5-8pm
For seven weeks this fall, nine teenage students spent their Tuesday afternoons studying photography at the Everett Public Library with Promising Artists in Recovery, a program created through the Denney Juvenile Justice Center in Everett.
Every week students left class with 35 mm film cameras, going out to document everything from their daily lives to friends and family to themselves.
The class was taught by Herald photographers Annie and Mark Mulligan and facilitated by teaching artist Henri Wilson and wouldn't be possible without support from Ken's Camera and a donation from the Eastman Kodak Co.
