Now accepting applications for Holiday Market Vendors at Holiday on the Bay


Call to Artists: Holiday Market Vendors

Schack Art Center is seeking artists interested in being vendors at the Holiday Market held at the Port of Everett's Annual Holiday at the Bay Celebration.

Deadline to apply: Sunday, November 3, midnight.

About:

This free community festival takes place Saturday, December 7, from 11am – 6 p.m. Kids and adults alike will gather in and around the Port of Everett’s Waterfront Center for the day’s activities which include a Holiday Market, free cookie decorating, Santa and his elves, a boat parade, and a visit from Everett's Fire Department. This annual event attracts 2,500-3000 visitors. FREE, on site parking available for all vendors and guests.

Schack Art Center is coordinating the Holiday Market portion of this event. 


HOLIDAY MARKET VENDOR DETAILS

We will have 20-30 juried artists selling in the Holiday Market which is located INDOORS at the Board Room on the second floor the Port Building (same building as Scuttlebutt Restaurant).

The Holiday Market will be open from 11am-6pm on Saturday, December 7th.

Vendors will have a 10ft by 10ft space in which to sell their wares and booth placement will be assigned by Schack Art Center.

Booth Set Up for the market will be on December 6th, 3-6pm or the morning of December 7th, 9-10:30 am.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Submission deadline is Sunday, November 3, midnight.
  • Notifications sent by November 6. 
  •  Booth Set Up for the market will be on December 6th, 3-6pm or the morning of December 7th, 9-10:30 am.Please make sure you have these dates available before submitting!

HOW TO APPLY:

 

  • Send an email to apowell@schack.org with the subject line “Holiday on the Bay 2019 application”. Please list your full name, business name (if applicable), and two to three sentences describing the goods you will sell.
  • Please include a link to your website/fb page related to your creations.
  • Please send four jpgs attached to the email.There should be three images of your wares/creations and one photo of your display/table/set up.
  • Applications must be sent by midnight, November 3rd, 2019. Vendors will be notified by November 6th, 2019. Vendors chosen by a jury made up of Schack staff, Board Members, and Volunteers. 
  • Chosen Vendors will need to pay a $75 booth fee by November 18, 2019. No refunds will be given after November 18, 2019.
