Alcohol Inks

Students will explore the world of alcohol ink, using a variety of colors, including metallics, to create abstracts or abstract landscapes and florals.
They will learn the characteristics of alcohol ink, and several techniques to manipulate the ink such as blowing with a straw, making color washes, misters, daubers, how to use medium and alcohol, and finish with rubber stamps.
Students will be supplied with 5 sheets of photographic paper to experiment with the characteristics of alcohol ink, and one sheet of Yupo paper for a final creation.

Class limited to 5 students - each student will have their own table
Masks required, feel free to bring a lunch.
