ART HOW2'S 2019: DESIGNING COLLABORATIVE CREATIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCES

In this workshop participants will learn how to facilitate the design thinking process by using their own curriculum to frame their lessons, make connections to other content areas, and acquire techniques for guiding students toward developing the necessary mindset and skills to thrive in today's world.

iPhone Photo Organizing for Artists and Creatives

Learning tips and techniques tailored specifically for artists and creatives will help you easily find, manage, save and share your photos.

Painting Aid - Artwork, revisited, revived & finished

This is a two hour session to go over unfinished paintings from a class or on your own and receive critique and advice to help complete the painting or drawing.

Understanding Color I

Have you ever been frustrated when choosing colors for an art project, sewing project, painting or even deciding what to wear? Does it seem that sometimes you get it and other times you don't? Learning basic color theory will give you the tools, knowledge and understanding to make those choices a whole lot easier and more fun.

Understanding Color II - Further Exploration of Color Relationships

You know the color wheel and understand the basic color relationships of Analogous, Compliments, and Near Compliments, but there is so much more! In this 4 hour class we will use watercolors to explore how Hue, Value, Saturation, and Contrasts can affect the appearance of a color and develop a deeper understanding of how colors work together.
