Fused Coral Sea Bowl

You will be creating a beautiful sea-inspired coral bowl to adorn your tabletop.

Students will make a 10"-13" fused coral bowl using strips of glass. Additional design elements can be added with frit and nuggets.

ZOOM Online class - Kids Drawing I

Join us for our new online Kids Drawing class!

Drawing is extremely easy and fun! We will be drawing a variety of subjects such as animals, creatures and characters in this class. We will be covering contrast, highlights/shadow, composition etc. The subjects will be taught in a step-by-step fashion. You will be able to follow along with the steps to achieve great finished projects!

Weekend Beginning Silversmithing

Beginning students will learn how to fabricate jewelry from metal sheet and wire.  Begin with basic skills such as forging, soldering and setting cabochon stones.  Learn to use a jeweler's saw and other hand tools.

Let’s Play with Fused Glass Clay

In this class, students will be working with a new product called "Modeling Glass" that transforms powdered glass into a firm, non-sticky material like clay. This is a new way to sculpt with glass frit and can be used in many of the same ways you work with clay: roll into coils, roll into a flat sheet and cut out shapes, or press into silicone molds.

Pack Basket

Learn to weave a large basket! In this class we will make backpack basket for foraging, fishing, grocery shopping or any application where have a sturdy rigid backpack may be useful.

Fused Snowman Cookie Plate

Looking for the perfect plate for Santa's cookies and reindeer treats?

This class will give you a chance to create a fused glass project even if you have never worked with any kind of glass.

Students will learn basic fusing concepts and will have a chance to use frit with the precut shapes.

Tiny Glass Pumpkins - An Intro to Lampwork Glass

Create small glass pumpkins by heating glass rods in the flame of a bench-mounted torch and transferring the molten gather onto the end of a stainless steel mandrel. Learn to control the glass and form it into a sphere which can then be shaped into a pumpkin while still molten. A great introduction to the basics of manipulating hot glass on a very small scale!

Beginning Lapidary - Cabochon Cutting

Cabochon cutting is a method of cutting gemstones with a convex, rounded surface that is polished but unfaceted. The back of a normal cabochon-cut stone is flat.

Students will learn how to take a stone from flat slab to a beautiful polished piece ready for jewelry or other artwork.
