Alcohol Inks
Students will explore the world of alcohol ink, using a variety of colors, including metallics, to create abstracts or abstract landscapes and florals.
They will learn the characteristics of alcohol ink, and several techniques to manipulate the ink such as blowing with a straw, making color washes, misters, daubers, how to use medium and alcohol, and finish with rubber stamps.

Beginning Stained Glass
This introductory class provides a foundation for stained glass using the copper foil technique. We will cover designing projects for glass, the art of glass cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering, finishing and presentation.

Ceramic Garden Gnomes

Decorative Fused Glass Lantern
You will be creating a beautiful decorative lantern with fused panels to enjoy outdoors or indoors.
You will learn basic fusing concepts in this class. Students will create four custom fused glass panels using frit, stringers, nuggets and enamel paints.

Enameling on Copper
Enameling is the art of fusing powdered glass to metal. This class will teach the three basic techniques of enameling. Students will learn to stencil, cloisonne and chambleve on copper.

Exploring Borosilicate Glass
This introductory class will give students the opportunity learn the basics of borosilicate glass. Students will learn how to how to melt solid glass, blow out hollow work and how to sculpt or shape glass. Coloring techniques will also be covered.

Fabulous Acrylic Pours - Half Day
Students will explore and learn the popular and fascinating, fast and exciting new art form of acrylic pours.
Students will learn how to prep their canvas, selecting colors, paint layering, several techniques of applying paint to the surface, as well as finishing the artwork and prep for hanging.

Fluid Acrylics: Exploring Intuitive Abstract Painting
Previously featured in USA Today and O Magazine, this fun and fluid workshop is a great way for beginning and mid career painters to unleash their artistic passion and discover (or rediscover) their intuitive creative voice.
As we explore the exciting world of intuitive abstract painting, texture, line, form and color come alive with vibrant fluid acrylic paint, wide brushes and a unique assortment of mark making tools.

Goblets
Learn to blow thin glass cups, stems and blown feet and learn to put them together using the "garage". We will also learn exercises to practice building skills outside of the class. Teamwork and repetition will be emphasized.
Students will learn how to make "avolios", "blown feet", and the fundamentals of using the garage to assemble multiple parts.

Joy of Pastels
Pastels are fun! This class will teach you the basics of getting set up and started in this wonderful medium, and students will gain confidence learning how to layer and manipulate marks to make finished paintings. They will learn all about soft pastels, how they are made, how to use them, and what surfaces work best for you.

Lampwork Glass Beadmaking
If you're fascinated by baubles, bangles, and beads, this one day class is for you. You will make many glass beads as you learn the basic skills of heating Moretti (soft) glass, applying it to a mandrel, and shaping it with tools.

Lampworking: Make a Pipe
This class is a one day workshop of practicing working with hollow glass to make a functional pipe.

Mosaic Garden Coasters
In this workshop the students would learn the indirect method of mosaic draw design on reverse side of clear contact paper: Lay contact paper sticky side up. Lay design upside down on contact paper. Lay contact paper bottom of mold. Pour mortar into mold. Wait 24 hours pop coaster out, remove contact paper to reveal design.
