Watercolor Home Portraits

In this class, students will create a home portrait. Students will using pencil and a ruler to sketch out the home, add details in using an ink pen, and then add color using watercolor paint.
Students will learn drawing perspective and how to apply watercolor paint to a line drawing
The student will make a watercolor home portrait painting.
Supply list - please bring to class:
-watercolor paint set
-brushes
-Watercolor paper (cold press, at least 140 lb)
-pencil, eraser, sharpener
-ink pen (example: Micron)
-photo of a home to refer to (if desired)
-artist's tape
