Learn how to create handmade earwires and assemble matching earrings using essential wire-working techniques. In this class, students will practice looping, shaping, filing, hardening, and attaching dangles, as well as making decorative headpins from wire. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with three to four completed earring sets and the skills needed to continue creating your own earrings at home.
Please bring:
· 20–21 gauge wire (earwires): sterling silver or gold-filled (2 feet)
· 24 gauge wire (4 ft) – Fine Silver or Gold Filled
· Beads, charms, or gemstone drops ( an assortment)
