GROUP ART EXPERIENCES

Bring your team together in a new way—through art. Schack’s group experiences offer creative, hands-on sessions that encourage collaboration, spark ideas, and strengthen connection. Perfect for company outings, retreats, and celebrations that go beyond the ordinary.

    Glassblowing in the Hot Shop

    Work one-on-one with an experienced glassblower to create a work of art from molten glass. Each participant will spend 20 minutes creating a beautifully crafted piece of blown glass. Party size limited. Catering available.

    $120 per person for a private party, minimum of six participants | 2-hour class
    Choose from a float, paperweight, or holiday ornament.

    $135 per person for a private party, minimum of six participants | 2-hour class
    Choose from a pumpkin or a beverage glass.

    Your artwork will be ready for pick-up in 48 hours.

    Glow in the Dark Art & Wine

    Create vibrant glow in the dark art while enjoying a glass of wine with friends!

    Participants will be guided by an experienced instructor. Students will be provided with materials needed along with select wine.

    $65 per student | 2-hour class

    Minimum of 6 participants | Maximum of 10 participants.

    Full fee must be paid two weeks in advance of the class.

    Seasonal Mosaic Coasters

    In this workshop students will gain experience in design layout, cutting and nipping glass and go home with three cement coasters.

    Students are welcome to bring any special items they would like to include in the coasters.

    $75 per student | 3-hour class

    Paper Mache Winter Series

    Bring your group together for a creative paper mâché experience, shaping and decorating ornate hearts or ornaments. Perfect for all ages, this activity blends art, imagination, and hands-on fun.

    $65 per student

    Minimum of 5 students | Maximum of 12 students.

Glassblowing

Building Heart Centered Teams 

Glassblowing is a delicate art form that requires attention, creativity, and compassionate teamwork.  This team-building workshop is about creating a culture of safety so that we can work together, centered on compassion and respect. I believe that when each team member does the work to look inward and find purpose and compassion for themselves, we serve the team more powerfully.  We will look at powerful coaching strategies and journaling on how to hold space for ourselves—and our teammates.

Acrylics

Creating Work-Life Balance

Balance is an ever-changing state of being.  We are constantly falling in and out of balance—just like the colors we use in this magical acrylics class.  This workshop addresses the top three stresses in your life and how they can affect your work-life balance.  We will create a strategy around managing stress in our lives and move towards making our lives our masterpieces.  We will explore coaching exercises and generating specific action steps that will bring us back into balance so that you can feel clarity, joy, and balance.

Mosaic

Embracing Inclusion and Diversity

This beautiful art class brings to light how many different and distinct pieces can come together to create a beautiful mosaic.  This also represents the most effective and powerful teams—inclusive, diverse, and committed to the big picture.  As a businesswoman of color, I have often felt excluded and struggled to find my seat at the table. In contrast, I have found that embracing our uniqueness adds power, creativity, and efficiencies that are profitable and, well…fun!  Join me as we explore the power of diversity in teams and how we can create safe places of inclusion.

Group Art Experience Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our cancellation policy as clear as possible when booking a group art experience at Schack Art Center.

Cancellation of the Entire Group Booking
Schack Art Center offers a 75% refund for cancellations made at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled experience.

Cancellations made less than two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund. This policy allows us to plan appropriately for instructors, staff, materials, studio space, and other resources needed for your experience.

Changes to the Number of Participants
When a group art experience is booked, the total booking amount is considered the confirmed cost of the experience. Because group experiences are scheduled and prepared based on the confirmed booking, we are unable to issue individual refunds when one or more participants are unable to attend.

For example, if a group books an experience for 10 participants and one person is unable to attend, the remaining group may still participate as scheduled, but we are unable to refund the cost of the individual who cannot attend.

If you know that your group size may change, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to discuss any changes to your booking, but we are notable to guarantee additions to bookings once they have been paid and, in the event of any cancelations, bookings may be subject to our cancellation policy.

Our group experiences require advance planning, staffing, materials, and dedicated studio space. This policy helps us ensure that we can provide a high-quality experience for every group while appropriately planning for our instructors and staff.

Hold Harmless: I agree to hold harmless the Arts Council of Snohomish County, dba Schack Art Center, its officials, its employees, and agents for any and all claims for personal injury and/or property damage in which damage and injury is or appears to be proximately caused in whole or in part by my participation in this program.
