AUGUST 16 + 17, 2025

Experience creativity in action at Fresh Paint, Schack Art Center’s biggest summer arts festival in Downtown Everett. This vibrant event features over 100 artist booths, live entertainment, interactive activities, glassblowing, and more. Watch as artists create and sell their work on-site, offering a rare glimpse into their process and a chance to buy art fresh off the easel.

Welcome to the Port of Everett and Schack Art Center’s FLOAT FIND 2025! All summer long you have the chance to find treasure, a one-of-a-kind handblown glass float by local artists at Schack Art Center either at the Port of Everett’s Waterfront Place, participating businesses, Schack’s Fresh Paint Festival or Jetty Island. And it’s FREE!

  • The logo was created by Sierra Rozario.

  • There are more than 120 Artists participating in this year's event.

  • The Schack Art CEnter will be filled with free art activites, live demonstrations, glassblowing, and more!

  • The floats were made by Richard Langley, Cloud Cap Glass, who is also the Glass Studio Manager at Schack Art Center.

  • Food Trucks will be announced soon!

    There are also casual and fine dining restaurants around downtown and we invite you to support our downtown neighbors!

  • There is parking at the Everpark Garage for $1 per hour and free street parking through the weekend.

  • Absolutely! This year we have a variety of interactive art activities throughout the event including a chalk zone, face painting, magic ink, artists demonstration and activities in our studios, as well as glassblowing. And don’t forget about Float Find!
