FOOD VENDOR GUIDELINES
Festival Location
Our events take place on Hoyt Avenue between Pacific Avenue and Hewitt Avenue. Food Trucks and booths will be parked on Wall Street between Hoyt Avenue and Colby Avenue.
Food Vendor Application Process
All applications will be processed on schack.org. Food Vendor Applications for our 2024 Festival open February 5.
Applicants will be required to include links to a website or social media accounts.
Fees
Food Vendors/Trucks fees are $350. Schack Art Center does not take a commission on the sales at the festival. Booth fees will be collected beginning March 10. Payment can be made via credit card, check or cash. Invoices will be sent to all accepted vendors.
Refund Policy
Artists Garage Sale: There are no refunds after April 30, 2024. All refunds will be minus a 10% processing fee.
Fresh Paint: There are no refunds after July 10, 2024. All refunds will be minus a 10% processing fee.
Food Truck/Tent Location
Food vendor location assignments are made at the discretion of the event team. Load-in and out information will be emailed to all accepted vendors.
Equipment
Power will not be provided. Please plan accordingly.
