Using a variety of materials such as fabric, felt, buttons, yarn, and more, students will bring their puppet characters to life with color, texture, and personality. They'll explore different puppet styles, from hand puppets to finger puppets and experiment with techniques such as sewing, gluing, and decorating.

Beyond the craft of puppet-making, this class will also foster creativity, imagination, and storytelling skills. Students will have the opportunity to develop their own puppet characters and create narratives or performances to showcase their creations.

By the end of the class, students will proudly display their handmade puppets, each one a reflection of their creativity and craftsmanship. Join us for a fun-filled exploration of puppetry, where every puppet is a work of art and storytelling comes to life!

Please remember to bring a lunch and come ready for a summer of art fun with other kids!
