Cloisonné enamel, known as Jing Tai Lan, is a traditional Chinese art form known for its bright colors and detailed metalwork. In this workshop, students will learn about its history and visual style while creating their own simplified version using safe, beginner-friendly materials (no kiln or firing required).

Participants will design and assemble a jewelry piece inspired by cloisonné, using segmented patterns and their own color choices. Options may include a pendant, earrings, or a brooch.

This class is designed for beginners with no experience needed. By the end, each student will complete a finished, wearable piece inspired by this classic art form.

All supplies provided.
