Let’s get creative with air-dry clay! In this fun, hands-on class, kids will learn how to sculpt, mold, and decorate their very own clay creations. Welcome to the vibrant world of mosaics! In this hands-on introductory workshop, you'll learn the essential techniques needed to create beautiful mosaic art.

Students will be introduced to the basics of cutting and nipping glass, working with various adhesives and substrates, choosing and placing tesserae, and applying different grouting methods. You'll also explore three distinct mosaic techniques: glass on wood, glass on glass, and the indirect method.

Projects include a glass-on-wood mosaic, a glass sun catcher, and an indirect cast mosaic.

All materials are provided, but you're welcome to bring personal items or special pieces to incorporate into your designs.
