Learn to paint peonies in this relaxed, beginner-friendly watercolor workshop. Students will be guided step by step through drawing a peony, understanding blossom and leaf structure, and building color, light, and texture using watercolor. You’ll learn how to mix and layer colors to achieve the bright, fresh feel of a spring bloom. All levels of experience are welcome.
By the end of the class, students will have created a watercolor painting of a single peony flower and gained foundational skills for painting flowers in watercolor.
