Discover the art of jewelry making in this hands-on class where you’ll design and craft your own unique set of mixed metal stacking rings using sterling silver, copper, bronze, and fine silver. Perfect for beginners and intermediate students, this class introduces you to the essential techniques of metalwork—cutting, soldering, drilling, shaping, sanding, polishing, and combining metals for beautifully layered results.

Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you'll gain confidence working with jeweler’s tools and torches while learning how to:

• Properly measure and cut ring bands to size

• Solder different metals using a jeweler’s torch

• Shape and polish rings to a professional finish

• Create stylish combinations with contrasting metals

• Add your own creative touches for a truly custom design

You'll leave class with a beautiful, custom-fit stack of rings that reflect your personal style—and the skills to continue creating beyond the studio.

Learn how to create handmade earwires and assemble matching earrings using essential wire-working techniques. In this class, students will practice looping, shaping, filing, hardening, and attaching dangles, as well as making decorative headpins from wire. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with three to four completed earring sets and the skills needed to continue creating your own earrings at home.
